Production & Payment: To initiate production, a minimum 50% advance payment of the total cost will be required . Production typically takes around four weeks from payment confirmation.
Delivery & Unloading: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your delivery address and are not included in the displayed total. Unloading the hot tub will be the customer's responsibility, so we recommend arranging any necessary assistance in advance.
